What is the minimum order for the H59 PRO with our logo?Logo silk-screen printing or laser engraving starts at 500 units. A custom startup logo and Bluetooth name start at 1,000 units; an additional UI language or a custom color retail box starts at 3,000 units; custom nylon straps start at 2,000 straps.

Can we get samples of the H59 PRO first?Yes — samples come first in our process. Contact Leo on WhatsApp or through the inquiry form and we will arrange sample units so you can validate the hardware, the app and the finish before any bulk order. Samples are charged at the 1–5 unit price tier and ship within a week.

What is the lead time for the H59 PRO?Neutral orders of stock models start at 50 units, and up to 200 units ship within 1–3 days; other models generally ship within 30 days. Customized orders run about 30 days after sample approval, quoted as a delivery window with buffer built in.

What certifications do your products carry?Products are made under an ISO9001 quality system. Our existing products hold CE, FCC and RoHS certification, nickel-release testing, CE battery and IEC 62133 battery safety, UN38.3 battery transport reports and design patents; IP-rating test reports and the exact documents per model are available on request.

Do you take on ODM projects?Yes. We support product design, hardware development, structural development, manufacturing and test validation; the app and cloud platform are usually developed by the brand. A typical schedule: industrial design about 3 days, mechanical design 3–5 days, tooling about 30 days, T0 prototypes about 5 days, pilot production 7–10 days and mass production about 30 days after sample approval. MOQ and payment terms are confirmed per project.
