Straps & materials

Woven and textured nylon, sports silicone, Milanese mesh and more — most models offer several strap materials and two-tone colorways.

How ordering works

Inquiry & samples

Tell us the models and quantities you need — we reply within 24 hours with pricing. Samples of any model come first, so you can verify fit, sensors and app behavior before a production order.

Proforma invoice & 30% deposit

We issue a proforma invoice for your order. Scheduling starts on a 30% deposit by T/T; the balance is paid before shipment.

Production & QC

Your order runs under our ISO9001 system with 100% final inspection. QC photos and test reports are available before dispatch — or send your own inspector.

Balance & shipping

Once the balance is settled, we hand the goods to your forwarder or arrange shipping to your market, with export documentation ready for your channel.

Lead times

Stock models — neutral orders	H59, H59 MAX, DS05 and DS500 are kept in stock. Neutral orders (no customization) up to 200 units usually ship within 1–3 days; above 200 units, please confirm the schedule with us in advance.
Other models — neutral orders	For the remaining models we keep materials on hand, and neutral orders generally ship within 30 days. We confirm the production slot when your order is placed.
Customized orders	Custom orders run about 30 days after sample approval. We quote delivery as a window (for example Nov 25–30) with a built-in buffer for material and clearance steps — the window you plan around is the window you get.
Light customization on stock	Laser engraving or a Bluetooth-name change on a stocked model adds about 1–5 days.
Minimum neutral order	50 units on stock models.
Samples	Charged at the 1–5 unit price tier; samples ship within a week.

ODM

New product development

We take on ODM projects: product design, hardware development, structural development, manufacturing and test validation. The app and cloud platform are usually developed by the brand itself.

The first production run is scheduled as the project moves through these stages. MOQ and payment terms for ODM projects are confirmed per project, based on the final design, configuration and order quantity.

Every unit is checked across appearance, waterproofing, aging and software functions — incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC) and finished-goods (FQC) gates, with firmware, heart-rate, temperature, QR and MAC checks before storage.

Component-level rigor

Batteries pass short-circuit, drop, humidity and thermal tests; speakers run 96 h continuous playback; LCDs are verified at 60°C / 90% RH — before any of them reach the line.
