Woven and textured nylon, sports silicone, Milanese mesh and more — most models offer several strap materials and two-tone colorways.

Body finishes

Brushed metal, jewelry-style polished bodies, decorative stone options and color matching per model family.

Software identity

Bluetooth-name customization starts at 1,000 units with no customization fee, subject to model confirmation. UI languages and other software changes require separate assessment.

Samples first

Order samples of any model to verify fit, sensors and app behavior before committing to a production run.

How ordering works

Inquiry & samples

Tell us the models and quantities you need — we reply within 24 hours with pricing. Samples of any model come first, so you can verify fit, sensors and app behavior before a production order.

Proforma invoice & 30% deposit

We issue a proforma invoice for your order. Scheduling starts on a 30% deposit by T/T; the balance is paid before shipment.

Production & QC

We check semi-finished and finished bands individually for functional performance under our ISO9001 quality system. Confirm the inspection scope and available records for your order; third-party inspection can be discussed separately.

Balance & shipping

Once the balance is settled, we hand the goods to your forwarder or arrange shipping to your market, with export documentation ready for your channel.

Lead times

Stock models — neutral ordersH59, DS05, H59 MAX and DS500 are normally stocked, mainly with black heads; matching straps are also stocked. Neutral stock orders usually ship within a week. Confirm actual quantity, strap options, colors and dispatch date before ordering; other head colors are not normally stocked.
Other models — neutral ordersFor other models, confirm availability and the production schedule with your quote. A listed model does not imply finished stock.
Customized ordersCustom-order lead times are quoted after the model, quantity, design and sample approval requirements are confirmed. The stock dispatch estimate does not apply to customized orders.
Light customization on stockLaser engraving, Bluetooth names, packaging and strap changes need an order-specific schedule, even when the base model is stocked.

New product development

Our main routes are bulk orders and light customization of existing models. New development is assessed separately: we handle integration and manufacturing, with board, firmware, app and algorithm support from solution partners. Responsibilities, scope and schedule must be agreed for each project.

Individual functional checks

We check semi-finished and finished bands individually for Bluetooth, optical sensing (PPG) and motion-sensor functions, with applicable calibration. This station does not establish battery endurance or medical accuracy.

Component-level rigor

Component validation depends on the component and model. Battery safety, speaker endurance and display environmental tests are different from routine unit functional checks. Ask which reports, test conditions and inspection frequency apply to your order.
